Choice is always good and should be provided; I intend to document in 
the Buster manual how to change the LTSP chroot arch, also how to 
support both. And I figure amd64 would be a good default at the time 
Buster will be released.

I believe hardcoding amd64 or i386 should be avoided if possible.
