By default ltsp-client-builder installs the server package 
'ltsp-server-standalone'. We are now using 'ltsp-server' to avoid the 
installation of unwanted packages; see #854519. The default breaks LTSP 
chroot installation if the Debian Edu usbstick ISO image is used 
(because ltsp-server-standalone can't be found) and is needed to fix 
#854519 as well.
