src:debian-edu-install contains a copy of src:laptop-detect (Re: Bug#659404: laptop-detect: Use /sys/devices/virtual/dmi/id/chassis_type as alternative to dmidecode?)

sigh, this smells like a bug, or rather two:

1.) laptop-detect should provide an udeb
2.) src:debian-edu-install should not provide a code copy of laptop-detect

I've just checked and currently the code is identical except for this:

$ diff laptop-detect/laptop-detect.in debian-edu-install/tools/laptop-detect
26c26
<             echo "Version: @VERSION@"
---
>             echo "Version: 0.13.7"

src:laptop-detect in sid+testing has version 0.13.8 however, which is a
harmless version number skew and just confirms my belief that native package
are useless and maybe a bit harmful…

If noone disagrees or comes up with a better solution I'll file bugs later
today. (I don't think it's appropriate to fix these bugs for stretch however.)
