Corner use cases with ltsp clients feasible or not?

Hi, 

Should it be feasible to play an audio CD from a thin client cd drive
and to use a bluetooth sound device with a thin client?
I tried using ltsp-localapps and setting some group memberships
in /etc/security/group.conf but without success.
