Bug#390449: update package or remove it entirely? (also drop using ftp.skolelinux.org's apt repo)

Is this really the key question?  Isn't the mirror key going to expire
for the users of squeeze, wheezy and jessie before stretch is out?  I
suspect we need to update the package in the Debian Edu apt repository
anyway, and if that is the case we should keep the package in Debian
too, to allow everyone to check that the key is the official one.
