AFAIK only a few days are left for jessie-pu uploads to make the 8.4
release.

Fixing the Gosa² issue would be possible with this tiny change to d-e-c
version 1.818 (instead of the proposed ones to gosa and to d-e-c in the
git master branch):

The upload of new gosa packages could be avoided. Just wondering if this
could be an option.

In each case people already using the d-e jessie beta release should be
informed about the change to gosa.conf and be advised to keep their
existing (manually fixed) version.
