Bug#815695: /etc/shutdown-at-night/client-generator: Fails on workstations, only works on main-server (TJENER)

The current version of /etc/shutdown-at-night/client-generator,  
shipped in d-e-c, only works if the SiteSummary.pm Perl module is  
installed.

However, this Perl module (and the required data structure that is  
uses) only exists on TJENER.

This lets the client-generator script fail with an error on all  
non-TJENER machines.

The client-generator script in Debian Edu should retrieve its data  
from DNS or LDAP.

I'll look into this...
