IMO all changes to the initial LDAP data base should be avoided (if possible) to keep upgrading easier. It has already been documented how to deal with the printer management, see: https://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Documentation/Jessie/GettingStarted#Printer_Management This could be improved, though.
