To elaborate a bit more, there are several things you could do. First, you can of course just tell us about it on this mailing list. This makes sure the right group of people see what you have to share. The more technical way would be to file an RFP bug report (Request for Package). If this is the first time you contribute with such a request, getting your feet wet on this mailing list first might be a good idea so wen can make sure your RFP has a good start.
