No. But it might be possible to (adapt and) use Petter's script: /usr/share/debian-edu-config/tools/ldap-migrate-squeeze-wheezy IIRC, some final migration steps had to be done manually (search the mailing list). But, there's the chance that the script might even work better for wheezy to jessie migration cause the changes to the initial LDAP database have been minimal.
