Because the wheezy "branch" is actually subversoin trunk for all these
packages.  And because I do not believe removing inactive maintainer
from the control file will make it any harder to get updates into
wheezy.  If it proves to really be the case, we can create a real
wheezy branch without this change, and move the current current
version to trunk and/or git.
