Bug#703994: marked as done (debian-edu-config: offline installation with debian-edu-6.0.7+r1-DVD.iso not working)

regarding debian-edu-config: offline installation with debian-edu-6.0.7+r1-DVD.iso not working

No, I simply selected "64 Bit graphical install" from the DVD's menu.

I tried main server only and workstation+thin-client-server, the
behaviour is exactly the same every time. When internet access is
configured correctly it works and the next step is setting the root
password.

Hi,

we clearly wont be able to fix offline installability issues with our squeeze 
release media anymore (mostly due to lack of human ressources to work on it), 
thus I'm closing this bug. 

Please check our new wheezy usbstick image would should work in offline mode.
