Well, I accessed my first user account via samba without passwd (empty passwd)
with no hassle just typing \\TJENER\firstusername. Maybe I have activated it
previously, but I don't remember having done it by willing it.

Thus somehow my first user had smb account. I disabled it in smb-debian-edu.conf adding
the first user to the invalid user list.
