The username and password is listed on the web front page, with
instructions on how to change it, if I am not mistaken.

This only happen if you start from SSL version (<URL:https://www/>),
while the normal start page is without SSL (<URL:http://www/>).  How
did you end up starting with the https page?

For some reason, the default munin setup is to only work with http:
and not https:.  I doubt we want to change the munin default, but we
might want to change the default web page.
