No. Just some dependency seriously misbehaving. I've filed similar bugs
before, but I don't see a matching one right now. Maybe your postinst
runs some program that creates $HOME/.cache but that is not executed by
any other postinst ... and why is this not placed in /root? There is no
piupartss user inside the chroot ...
