Currently, http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Documentation/Lenny/Translations 
describe the technical steps needed to translate the document into other 
languages.

It's only moderatly useful to translate this page itself, as it is aimed at 
translators, who need to be able to understand english to do their job. But 
then, this page can also be used by people reviewing the translations, so I 
guess it's useful to translate this page in the end :-)

But, a structure for language specific translations guidelines is missing. 
Something where for example the german team can put their wordlists ("how to 
translate 'diskless workstation'" for example) and whether to use "Du" 
or "Sie" and everything else, which is not translated (as it's only useful 
for that language) and which is not integrated into the _produced_ manuals, 
while it is integrated into the wiki version.

Basically I want

http://wiki.debian.org/DebianEdu/Documentation/Lenny/Translations/it and so 
on. 

A dump of those pages could be copied into the debian-edu-doc package, but it 
shouldn't be included in the PDF and HTML versions. (And of course also not 
in the .po files.)

This wishlist bug shall serve as a reminder to implement this.

started 12.02.2010 seems to perfectly fill that void, and is even linked
from

(thus is the link is shipped in the generated documentations).

Thus closing (not digging for an appropriate version, but feel free to
reopen if that wasn't your purpose, or if want me to dig when the link
