Yeah.  Lets move slowly here, and make it an option for now.  I added
the script to /usr/share/debian-edu-config/, and those that want to use
it can symlink it to /etc/ltspfs/mounter.d/.  When and if we get more
experience with it, we can make it the default.

Having the script in the package make it easier to enable, while not
messing up the default behaviour.  It also allow us to fix problems with
it using package upgrades.

To enable it, run this command when a version of debian-edu-config with
the script is available:

  ln -s /usr/share/debian-edu-config/ltspfs-mounter-konqueror \
    /etc/ltspfs/mounter.d/
