Sure.  Add this wherever possible.  I was just to shy to promote this
stuff always and everywhere and just used this entry page:

for the link.  The source for this page is at

Probably.  However, merging a certain Blend specific user tag somehow in
this overview (as an additional item or whatever) should be not too hard
to realise (provided I will have some spare time).  I could imagine an
additional field BugsUserTag(s ??) in

   svn://svn.debian.org/blends/blends/trunk/webtools/webconf/debian-edu.conf

which might be regarded somehow.
