I would be very happy if you could make it optional. We have kids as
young as 4 using skolelinux in their second language. It is essential
for them to have a plain and simple password that the teacher knows. I
set it when importing users from file in lwat. Its a really useful
feature for me that would be nullified by a forced pw change.
