Hi,

kde-i18n-doc is not responsible for this translation, the header says:

# Gaute Hvoslef Kvalnes <gaute@verdsveven.com>, 2003, 2005.
# Håvard Korsvoll <korsvoll@gmail.com>, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2010.

Seems there is a wrong mail address in your setup.
