[Bug 1413] Internal Spanish web page do not work because of apache config conflict

This fix seem to break links to http://www/, which give a directory listing
instead of the HTML document.
Unless someone with more apache knowledge come forward to fix this, I will
revert the change and leave the Spanish pages broken.
