Packages used in PXE installation not cached by Squid

While testing PXE installation of Main-Server+Thin-Client-Server, I
noticed some packages are not cached by squid:

I believe this is because Squid is configured to not cache very large
files, like the 38 MB large openclipart-svg package.  I suspect this
is something we should address in a later version of Debian Edu.
