[Bug 1433] Cron generate a lot of mail to root between 06:00 and 07:00. One message (11MB) for each client

Another idea to fix this is in bug #1434. By not starting exim4 on diskless
workstations (and thin clients), cron will be unable to send email and no
emails will come to root from the diskless workstations.

I am unable to see a way to solve this problem with a package upgrade
without breaking the Debian policy. This might make it very hard to fix in
a point release after r0.
