I just uploaded etcinsvk version 1.3 to unstable which should fix this issue
by getting the cron job to use etcinsvk info to figure out of etcinsvk is
enabled or not, and changing the info command to check ~root/.svk/config
to verify that svk is storing /etc.

I leave it to those working on lenny r0 to decide if this package should
be included there too.
