The current default start page for Iceweasel is about:blank, and this
give a very sad impression of Skolelinux for the first time user.

I believe we should change the default for networked clients to http://www/,
and for standalone installations to http://www.skolelinux.org/, to make sure
the first time user get a good starting point where she can continue exploring
the information available about Skolelinux.  The current default is just
demotivating for new users.

I've implemented this in svn using a divert from
/usr/share/iceweasel/browserconfig.properties to
/etc/iceweasel/browserconfig.properties after
failing with less intrusive approaches, and setting the new default in the
file in /etc.  This allow us to know if the default Iceweasel settings were
changed during installation, and provide a way for the mechanism I suggest in
bug #1426 to know if the overrided default page is enabled or not, and thus
allow us to implement a fix for #1426 in a way that do not break during
upgrades.  Because of this, I believe this fix should be part of the release,
to make it possible to fix #1426 in a point release if we decide to not
implement a fix for #1426 before the first lenny based release.
