Schools want the pupils and teachers to have a common web browser start
page by default, typically pointed to the schools home page.  This is possible
to implement on Windows using MS Internet Explorer and AD, but currently not
possible to do with Skolelinux.

We can provide some mechanism to set the default home page used by Iceweasel
using the freshly implemented debian-edu-config tool update-iceweasel-homepage,
and should continue to implement some way to specify the wanted home page
centrally and make sure the setting propagate to all networked clients on the
net.  An ifupdown hook called when the client get a dhcp reply and network is
probably the most sensible place to insert such code, and we can allow schools
to set the default URL using the default-url dhcp option or perhaps some new
value in LDAP.

I believe this should be implemented in Lenny to make sure the Lenny based
Skolelinux is an attractive alternative for schools.
