[Bug 1371] installation of ltspserver stops, then dhcpd fails

I did a DVD test install in qemu of main-server+thin-client-server with
norwegian language, and saw the same problem. I then tested again, this time
modifying this line in ltsp-client-builder.postinst to look like this:
in-target ltsp-build-client $BUILD_CLIENT_OPTS > /tmp/ltsperror.txt 2>&1 ||
touch "$failed_stamp" && rm -f "$running_stamp" &
My idea was that messages on stderr should not be sent to debconf. After this
change, the installation worked.
I have not yet tried again, but will do another qemu install without the change
to see if it fail again.
