There mentioned 'convertSambaAccount' available from samba-doc.deb under:
'/usr/share/doc/samba-doc/examples/LDAP/convertSambaAccount.gz'
Also of possible relevance from the same source mentioned on the README is:
'usr/share/doc/samba-doc/examples/LDAP/ol-schema-migrate.pl.gz'.
