yes. (or needs to be updated manually).

You could have just asked me :) release-manual* has been renamed to 
debian-edu-etch-manual* and is not being updated anymore. We currently work 
on debian-edu-lenny-manual* which is based on the etch manual. When I did 
that split I copied the etch translations to the lenny versions, not sure if 
its sensible to do this again for the french translation...

(I guess it is but will need more coffee first...)
