error 0x0773 The user must change his password before he logs on the first
time. 

This is unwanted behaviour because user should change password with lwat to
keep
unix and windows in sync.

This is due to samba 3.2.5 (lenny) with ldap attribute sambaPwdLastSet not set
inside user account.
(samba 3.0.x of etch did not show this behaviour).

Solution: set it to 4294967295 (maximum date value according to
http://www.samba.org/samba/docs/man/Samba-HOWTO-Collection/passdb.html).

Requires changes in /usr/share/lwat/web to set attribute sambaPwdLastSet
