logins from LTSP (with LDM) fail with "This workstation isn't authorized to
connect to server" on a fresh install.

running ltsp-update-sshkeys fixes the issue.

ltsp-update-sshkeys should be called from a hook in /etc/network/if-up.d/
whenever an interface it brought up, but for some reason that hook doesn't
trigger.
