We already took measures so that sugar is a desktop choice like the others, so once sugar in Debian is in a good state, there is basically not much to do. That said, there are two things I think which could be improved (but those are not Debian specific at all): - include a manual (and its translations) in the release. Currently the best manual I know about is at http://en.flossmanuals.net/Sugar - which is ok if you have net access, but not if you dont. - currently sugar (not fully sure if its sugars "fault") reinvents user accounts. (The first time you start sugar you are asked your username and to choose a color of your xo icon.) That doesnt match well with the existing user system. regards, Holger
