New share

Hi,
Ok, my next problem is to create a new share for all teachers to read 
and write.

I have tried to install swat (since i know this) but i am unsuccessful 
in creating a new share. The share shows up in swat but not in 
konqueror. I have experimentet with the allowed-users field.

Is there another tool or procedure?
