Re: (gulp) printing
Thanks all for the suggestions
Today I connected a usb printer to a workstation, logged in as root on
the workstation, went to localhost:631 and the printer was already
listed, so I pressed "install this printer" installation seemed normal.
Set paper size and skipped test page. Opened kwrite, did some scribble,
printed, nothing happened.
The job remains in the queue as "processing" until deleted.
Installed a network printer (remote cups server (tjener)), printed, job
came out as normal.
Logged into a thin client and browsed the printers. My usb printer is
showing up there. Tried to print on it - nothig happens. Job appears in
the queue on the workstation and remains processing until removed.
