[Bug 1267] Installing Workstation keeps failing

I checked the package and the file is present and executable there. When I try
to install it manually, it work:
# dpkg -i debian-edu-artwork_0.0.23.0.edu.etch.1_all.deb
Selecting previously deselected package debian-edu-artwork.
(Reading database ... 216963 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking debian-edu-artwork (from debian-edu-
artwork_0.0.23.0.edu.etch.1_all.deb) ...
Setting up debian-edu-artwork (0.0.23.0.edu.etch.1) ...
KDM theme customised or not enabled, not touching kdmrc ...

I thus have no idea how /usr/share/debian-edu-artwork/update-artwork can
be missing during installation. Anyone have ideas? Full disk?
