I've implemented another fix in the etch-test images.  For the two cards supported
by the dpt_i2o kernel module, I choose to exclude the i2o_core module and make
sure only dpt_i2o is loaded.  The reason is that the automatic partitioning do not
work with the /dev/i2o/hda devices generated by i2o_core.

Please test and let me know if the etch-test image work for you.
