Hi,

I've made several of the suggested changes and now just need a list of 
software included with the dvd so that I can change some of the icons on 
the cover. Can anyone point me to a page which lists all the software 
included?

As for the source, it was made in photoshop and I'm happy to publish the 
source file if anyone needs it. Also I'm quite happy to publish it under 
any license you want, basically your free to do what you want with it!
