Hi,

checking the svn it seems that the cupsd-debian-edu.conf has not been converted
to the new format. The NEWS.Debian file of cupsys suggests that this could be
the cause of problems with 1.2er cups.

I try to create a new cupsd.conf to see if the problems go away, if so I think
we should update to the new format.
