please move debian-edu-install from etch-test to etch

the etch dvd is broken. becouse the debian-edu-install was built with 
unstable in the changelog.
effect is that the menuorder is wrong

i have uploaded a new d-e-i the only change is unstable->terra in 
changelog, and the menu order should be correct.
please move debian-edu-install to etch.
