The main problem with DB_CONFIG is that whatever defaults we choose is in use
until the BDB enviorment is recreated.
so a admin must run `db4.2_recover -veh /var/lib/ldap` after editing DB_CONFIG,
or do a backup/restore.
I have changed ldap-debian-edu-install into using debian's default file. atlest
that way we are consistent with debian's package.
we should perhaps have a hint in our documentation that
/usr/share/doc/slapd/README.DB_CONFIG.gz is a essential read for the more
serious skolelinux installations.
