[Bug 1036] confirm: Sound is not working properly when enabled on the thin clients

It is by design that the sound isn't enabled by default on thin clients.
We got feedback that the teachers wanted a quiet class room where the users
were paying attention to the teacher and not playing sounds on the
speakers nor head phones.  Next, there is no code in LTSP at the moment
to detect if a sound card is present, and enabling it without a sound card
would result in a warning when the user log in.

As for the problems reported with the sound device locking, I believe those are
fixed.  If not, please let me know.  I'm unable to test sound and LTSP myself,
so I need someone else to check and verify that this bug is indeed fixed before
closing it.
