excluded openoffice and ltsp and a lot of documentation

changelog:

 * installed new cipux.deb
 * installed new cipuxPHP moodle plugin
 * update all moodle lessions
   cp moodle lections from skolelinux.de/moodle
 * upgrade debian system
 * added documentation from german wiki
   rsync wiki pages from wiki.skolelinux.de
 * installed mgp to use the live cd for presentations, test it 
   (german talk about free software for schools) 
   try:
  /root/060928-wermelskirchen# mgp -U 060928-wermelskirchen.mgp
 * installed phpldapadmin to study ldap
 * added a new designed WikiKurs (in german, half ready)

ToDo:

install and configure rsyncd on skolelinux.de to reduce traffic
get norwagian, english, french and spanish documentation on SkoleLiveCd

please help, 
mark pages you think we shuold have on our SkoleLiveCd in our 
wikis with the category SkoleLiveCd

i will fetch it and copy it on our buildserver.
