Another workaround is to go to module config for dhcp server in webmin and
change the option "DHCP server lease file" to "/var/lib/dhcp3/dhcpd.leases".
Though this should be easy to fix in the package (autodetect which is active),
in skolelinux using cfengine-hack or a link in the dhcp3 package as mentioned in
