Vote for Administration Tool Meeting

Hi

With the beginning of the work on the next release some important questions 
raised up. One of them is the question about the future administration tool.
The question is which way shall we go?
To fix a date for the first meeting about the Administration Tool I created a 
wiki page and will moderate the meeting.
