When booting up the then client, ldm displays a warning:
 No Theme Found !
looks like there should be some themes in /usr/share/ldm/themes, and that it
should be a /usr/share/ldm/themes/default symlink

Also down in the right corner there is a label 
 "(none) //"


But the static clock is gone :) 

Not sure if this is really a major bug, but it looks halfway through the way it
is today.
