Translated mail from Klaus Bombei which went through the german
user list:
"Currently there is an advertisement for the EU which is about
getting 100 school servers incl. software for educational purpose.
The exact place of the schools is not yet announced.
So for all who are interested please follow the normal
advertisement announcements of the EU."
