[Bug 981] OpenOffice only print to letter paper size

I've seen similar behavior on machines with wrong permissions on /var/tmp,
please check if it's 
1777/drwxrwxrwt

(stat /var/tmp)

Also make sure the printer is setup using A4 not Letter (which is the default in
cups)
