[Bug 957] New: Wrong entry in fstab for SCSI CDROM (during installation)

http://bugs.skolelinux.no/show_bug.cgi?id=957

Summary: Wrong entry in fstab for SCSI CDROM (during
                    installation)
           Product: Skolelinux
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: x86
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: debian-edu-install
        AssignedTo: debian-edu@lists.debian.org
        ReportedBy: dirkmemail-skolelinux@yahoo.de

I installed Skoleinux sarge daily build from 6.7.2005 on an old dell PC with
SCSI Drives (Adaptect AIC7890 ID 0 and ID 2(that where I installed Skolelinux))
and SCSI CDROM (Adaptec AIC7880 ID 5 or 6).
Everythings works fine up to the moment the CD is scanned for packages.
I was called to enter the CD into /cdrom but that does not help.

I looked into fstab and found the following line
/dev/scd0 /media/cdrom ......

looking into my /dev folder shows sr0 (or sdr0) as device for the cdrom

I could go on by adding an additional entry for /dev/sr0 -> /cdrom to fstab and
mounting it from the second console every time it was not found

(The mapping of /cdrom was a problem (2 month ago) when using a DVD and a DVDrom
as /dev/hdd too)
