Salut Thierry,

as I happen to be the first replying to your mail, I am pleased to share
the knowledge I have ;)

First, I am glad there is a growing french community - especially as
French is spoken all around the world (not me, alas).

The international web portal is hosted by a zope/plone server which is
maintained by Alex B. The current state of the plone CMS was found to
be insufficient - as there is no support for syncing languages.

Hence there are plans to migrate the contents to another system.

The German Skolelinux team decided to extend the use of their wiki in
order to lower the first step for contributors. At the moment, we edit
our FAQ in the wiki and will upload the copy of any new entries to the
plone system.

We don't use a board or similar web forum - the wiki documents our work
and schedules. For communications and support, we use our own mailing
list. This is mirrored by gmane (if I am all right), so there is a web
based access to it for those who cannot handle mailing lists.

Did this clarify your questions a bit?
Oh, I forgot, some web contents are in the cvs and appear as
developer.skolelinux.de

Regards
Ralf
