Weekly report week 21 and 22

This was week 21. I did a lot more but cant remember what that was.

On the Debian-edu side i·
- worked on WLUS, by putting the old non-css interface back in
  until the new one is ready.·

On the Debian side i
- finally sent in the Vancouver receipts and reimbursement
  requests

Regarding debconf I
- repared the registration
- reminded several sponsors to transfer money
- reminded people to do things

in week 22 I
- released a new version of WLUS and ACLs and debugged quite a lot

for DebConf I worked on 
- food, thirt and usb-stick ordering,
- preparing the monthly meeting
- asked sponsors to pay
- hunted down and fixed logos
- insurances
- room arrangements
- posted blueprints
etc
